Sports in Mount Vema are expected to include both indoor and outdoor sports such as football, basketball, tennis, athletics, swimming, sailing and including figure skating and dance as part of the country's recreation.

Most Mount Vema residences are being designed with amenities such as public swimming pools, outdoor basketball courts and indoor and outdoor sport complexes nearby. As might be expected on an island, Mount Vema will be built with water sports in mind, including sailing, and scuba diving.
